- Ship the item back to the designated return address, using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the returned item.
- The refunded amount will exclude any shipping fees or additional charges incurred during the purchase.

Please note that this refund policy applies to purchases made directly from SMACO. If you purchased our products from authorized retailers or third-party platforms, their respective refund policies may apply.

If you would like to cancel an order after it has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order is shipped out, we regret that it cannot be changed or canceled. If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notification to advise you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items.
For any SMACO purchases, if you change your mind about the product for any reason, you have the right to get your money back within 30 days after receiving the product. All returns must subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Items must retain the box, packaging, and all contentsin the original purchase condition - unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner. This condition can be relaxed for quality reasons.
- Items must be returned to our designated warehouse, and we do not cover the shipping costs associated with returns.
- If you purchased the products from other authorized retailers rather than SMACO's official website, please contact the retailers for returns.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, the refund process will begin, and we will send an email to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When a refund is issued, the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
In what situations will your refund be rejected?
- Return without the permission of SMACO.
- Return with non-prepaid freight.
- The returned product is wrong, or some accessories are missing from the box.
For returned products, a full refund will be credited for free shipping products; otherwise, the refund will exclude the shipping fee.
After approval of a refund, if you have not received the refund after a 2-week waiting period, check your order status and bank account again, then contact us via email.
